Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Most orders are processed and shipped in 1 business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, excluding major holidays). We will send an email notification when your item has shipped.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order? Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived? Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my order arrive? Domestic Shipping:

Free shipping via USPS within the United States generally takes 5-7 business days from ship date. The unit price of any pulse oximeter excludes expedited shipping within the United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra shipping time. International Shipping: International shipping to countries outside the United States generally takes 5-7 business days from ship date. The unit price of any pulse oximeter excludes Value Added Tax and international shipping charges for customers outside the United States. How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password? Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product? RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at PulseOximetersPlus.com's sole discretion. Non-qualified returns and Restocking charges Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in PulseOximetersPlus.com return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at PulseOximetersPlus.com's sole discretion. Return Procedure All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return PulseOximetersPlus.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at PulseOximetersPlus.com's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Inspection Criteria Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with. Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (PulseOximetersPlus.com maintains serial number tracking). Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with. Return Authorization Number Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request an RA within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at PulseOximetersPlus.com's sole discretion.

I received the wrong product. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. International Shipping International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices? International shipping rates will apply for all units shipped outside the Continental U.S. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after we receive payment from you. Please note that Customs Inspections may delay shipping.

Do I have to pay sales tax? We are only required to collect sales tax from customers located in the States of Illinois and Iowa.

When will my credit appear on my account? Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Warranty Policy PulseOximetersPlus.com (hereinafter, “POP”) warrants to the original product or service purchaser (hereinafter 'the Customer') that the POP product or service for which the Customer received this warranty was to the best of POP’s knowledge designed, developed and/or fabricated using all due reasonable commercial care and good manufacturing practices. POP’s product or service shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from date of acceptance. POP’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the product, at POP's option. POP must be notified in writing of any claim under this warranty within 30-days of any claimed lack of conformity of the product or service. Any insurance and/or shipping costs incurred in returning your POP product for service under the approved Returned Material warranty option are your responsibility. POP will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged in shipment. Warranty Exclusions. Representatives and brokers of POP products or services are not authorized to modify this warranty in any way. This warranty does not cover the following: Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained, misused, abused or involved in accidents or natural disasters. Damage occurring during shipment of the product (such claims must be presented directly to the freight forwarder or shipping company). Damage to the product resulting from improper maintenance or repair, the use or installation of parts and/or accessories that are not compatible with the original intended use of the product, or the failure to follow the product warnings and usage instructions. Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product. The labor costs required to remove and/or refit and readjust the product covered by this warranty. Normal wear and tear to the product. Or, any products for which the Customer does not follow the warranty procedures outlined above.
